Creator Disappearance

I once wrote a poem on my blog a couple of months back titled "Just Cause." It read:

"I haven’t the reason to care,
Not one bit, not the slightest bit,
For that relic over there.

That once upon a life,
A person I knew who called
Himself the name of me
Did give his worth to
What I now do see.

I haven’t the reason to care,
None, no reason at all
To worry of happenings
In a cause I left.

But today I have
A Just Cause

To care for the past
I once let go.
To care for those things
I left to waste.

And all those opportunities
I made myself miss with
A Just Cause.

A Just Cause,
Which is a fickle thing
That lends itself to
My moment’s whim

Yet when these whims
Forever shift and change,
Just causes rearrange."

Pokemon Desert Shadow isn't something I want to work on too much unless I'm fervently sure I want to give it my all.

Lately, another idea has grown in my mind: to write and draw a one-shot graphic novel of about 100 to 150 pages length.

Call me a fickle teenager, an indecisive goalmaker, an loyalty-lacking webinatrix, or whatever you will; I've convinced myself this is what I want to do.

I've set my own strict no excuses deadline for my graphic novel to be March 11. By then, Pokemon Black and White will probably have released in the US, so I might still try to remake the site after my new project sometime. Maybe not.

I might make small updates throughout as I get ideas for simple but elegant additions to the site. I might update the Pokedex when Black and White come out in Japan.

Who knows? Just causes are fickle things that lend themselves to moments' whims.
