Version Heartgold

This layout featuring Ho-oh was created for the Pokemon Desert Shadow in honor of the announcement of HeartGold and SoulSilver.

The layout features official Sugimori artwork and the Diamond/Pearl game sprite of the Pokemon Ho-oh. Version HeartGold was the first of any layout created by Shadow Files to use official Sugimori Pokemon art, and the creation of this layout marked the launch of the Pokemon Desert Shadow, a new Pokemon fansite created to honor the legacy of Desert Shadow's history from its origins as a Pokemon fansite.

Version HeartGold was completed on Monday, June 8, 2009 while talking to a web designing friend. A few minor edits such as the block links on the sidebar were added later.
